BINCHE GIN

Handcrafted blood orange.
Made in Belgium.

Origin

The design of the bottle is a tribute to the city of Binche, known worldwide for its carnival and its architectural heritage.

The note “blood orange” is a reference to the offering made by the king, the carnival, the Mardi Gras in Binche.

The Lion and the silver color are found on the old coat of arms as well as on the flag of the city of Binche.

This original gin is designed, distilled and bottled in the Walloon Region at the Biercée distillery.

Tasting

Gin de Binche has a beautiful floral attack followed by a herbaceous touch supported by juniper berry. The fine palate is delicate and marked by the finesse of blood orange.

Our advice is to taste with a neutral tonic, but with natural aromas.

The result is unique, sweet, tasty and very aromatic!

Manufacturing

Each spice is separated to avoid variations in quality.

Heating in a bain-marie in hammered copper vats allows the gin to develop its very particular character.
